Onboarding

We’re excited to hear that you would like to take advantage of Reno CritterCare’s highest-quality pet sitting services. For your convenience, we employ an online pet sitting administrative service that helps us to facilitate easy for you to use – scheduling, communications, and payments. To begin your onboarding process with us, we invite you to follow these three (3) simple steps:

Step 1: Complete Our Intake Form.

Please complete our intake form located on our Time-to-Pet page. You may access the form by following this link. Completion of the form provides us with the initial information we need to get started such as information about you, your pet’s special needs, and the details about the care you require.

Step 2: Schedule a Meet & Greet.

A member of our team will next schedule an in-person meeting with you to get to know you and your pet(s) better. This is also a terrific opportunity for you to ask us questions about our services.

Step 3: Create Your Time-to-Pet Profile.

Following our Meet & Greet, as a next step, we’ll send you a link to create profiles for you and your pets on TTP and we’ll walk you through how TTP works, ensuring you are completely comfortable with how to use it.
